BAD BREATH

Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums which could cause bleeding, bacteria may be the cause of this. The consequence of this condition could be bad breath, among other types of dental problems.

Tobacco and alcohol are the cause of bad breath and the best way to prevent it is by brushing your teeth 3 times a day, as well as flossing. There are other methods to freshen the breath such as mouth rinses, go 2 times a year with your dentist and visit your general practitioner.

Poor oral hygiene occurs when the remains of food store in the mouth for a long time allowing it to accumulate between the teeth, tongue and around the gums. The accumulation of bacteria generates an unpleasant odor.
